Barney ReynoldsOwner/Manager - Barney retired as a well-known and award winning home builder from Austin for over 30 years. He started Round Top Home Builders in 2009 in an effort to provide local realtors and homeowners a trusted home builder and remodeler. Currently, Barney meets with potential clients on design and concepts.
Bob StamnesProject Manager - Bob has been in construction for over 40 years working hands-on in all phases of the building process in both residential and small commercial. He and his wife relocated to Brenham from Alabama in 2018 and quickly joined the RTHB team.

Jay ReynoldsOwner/Manager - Jay began his building career in the DFW Metroplex shortly after college graduation in 2005. In 2015, he moved his family to the Round Top area to pursue his life-long dream of building homes with his father. Jay manages construction for each project.
Chans PavelicekProject Manager - Chans started in Residential Construction in 2009. Not only is he a very experienced homebuilder, he also is skilled in CAD, re-plats and GeoPac. As a project manager, he prefers to complete much of a home’s finish out using his own skills. Chans joined the Team at RTHB in August 2020.
