Budget, design, and site planning all play a part in the construction of your project.  Our expert builders provide accurate information regarding the construction process.

Each property is unique and can present its own set of challenges.  We work with you to plan the location of the project on the property, proper drainage, and ideal location for access roads.  We also assist in setting up electricity, water well, and septic system.

All projects begin with a plan.  We have architectural draftsmen to change hand-drawn sketches into a full set of building plans.  

You have a vision for your home, we bring that vision to reality.   Our Interior Designer works closely with each client to ensure finishes, color schemes, and fixtures all fit the vision and style of the each custom project.

Round Top Home Builders ensures your project is protected.  ​We carry general liability insurance, builders risk and auto insurance. We require that all of our subcontractors be additionally insured — either by maintaining certificates of insurance or purchasing insurance through our company.
